Development of a Referral Directory to Assist GBV Survivors During This Uncertain Time Of Novel Corona Virus (Covid-19) Pandemic

Women, children and persons with disabilities (PWDs) who experience Gender-Based Violence often need services such as health, legal advice and temporary shelter. In situations of crisis like in the current corona epidemic, the need for these services become even more urgent and sometimes lifesaving.

WiLDAF in collaboration with GBV MKUKI Coalition, would like to find out what GBV services do exist in our communities. This information will help GBV survivors to access services they need. Furthermore, identifying existing services in the area will help to avoid duplication of efforts and can determine which services are missing and need to be provided in the community to ensure the safety of women, girls, boys, men, elderly, PWDs and children.
