Invitation for Pre-qualification of Vendors / Consultancy for the Financial Year 2026
Women in Law and Development in Africa (WiLDAF) Tanzania is a non-profit organization established in 1997 and is part of a broad Pan-African network committed to promoting and strengthening strategies that link law and development. WiLDAF works to enhance women’s participation and influence at the community, national, regional, and international levels to ensure the protection of their rights.
As part of the 2026 implementation plan, WiLDAF Tanzania intends to pre-qualify vendors and consultants to supply goods and services required for activities in 2026. WiLDAF hereby invites credible, competent, and eligible vendors/consultants to express their interest in providing various goods and services, including but not limited to:
- Stationery supplies
- Event planning and management
- Travel agency services
- Motor vehicle repair and maintenance
- Printing services
- Catering services
- Security services (Dar es Salaam and Shinyanga)
- Conference and accommodation services
Interested vendors/consultants are required to submit the following documents:
- Company profile
- Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration Certificate
- TIN Certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate
- Physical address and complete contact details
- Description of services offered
- Evidence of past experience (e.g., LPOs, contracts, reference letters, or similar)
