2026 Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Champions Awards Nomination Form

WiLDAF Tanzania, in collaboration with the Gender-Based Violence Network (MKUKI), is organizing the Champions in the Fight Against Gender-Based Violence Awards as part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence Campaign.

These awards aim to recognize, celebrate, and honor individuals, groups, and organizations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment and made significant contributions to preventing and responding to gender-based violence within their communities and across Tanzania.

We invite you to participate in this important initiative by completing this nomination form and recommending outstanding champions whom you believe deserve recognition in the various award categories.

Please note: You may nominate another individual, an institution or organization, or even nominate yourself if you believe you have made a meaningful contribution to preventing and combating gender-based violence.
