Call For Consultants: Development And Technical Support of The Funguka Application
Women in Law and Development in Africa (WiLDAF) Tanzania invites qualified individual consultants, consultancy teams, and firms to submit proposals for the development, enhancement, deployment, and technical support of the Funguka Application under the Justice for Survivors (J4S): Strengthening Feminist, Survivor-Centred Access to Justice for Women and Girls in Tanzania Project, supported by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD).
The assignment aims to strengthen Funguka as a secure, accessible, and user-friendly digital platform that provides legal education, raises awareness of women’s and girls’ rights, and connects users with legal aid services. The enhanced application will support both Android and iOS platforms, improve content management and user experience, strengthen data protection and privacy, and enable WiLDAF to monitor user engagement. The project aims to reach at least 2,000 users through the application.
Interested consultants and firms should submit a technical proposal, financial proposal, CVs or company profile, examples of relevant work, and at least three professional references.
